Plain words, no surprises. These policies are being finalized with our attorney — the current versions are below.
House rules
- Maximum 6 guests.
- No parties or events.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
- No pets. Service animals are welcome.
- Exterior security cameras monitor the front entry and driveway. There are no cameras inside the home.
- Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM.
Cancellation
Moderate policy: cancel at least 5 full days before check-in for a full refund. Inside 5 days, the stay is non-refundable. If a government evacuation order or major disruptive event affects your dates, we'll work with you directly.
Privacy
We collect only what a stay needs: your contact details, stay dates, and payment information (processed by our booking platform — we never see or store card numbers). Identity verification documents are handled by our booking platform; we never store ID images.
This site uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. We don't sell your information, and we don't run cross-site ad trackers.
Terms of booking
By booking a stay you agree to the house rules above and to the rental agreement presented at booking, which includes identity verification. The primary guest must be 21 or older. You are responsible for the home and its contents during your stay and for any damage beyond normal wear.
Accessibility
Our Pensacola home is a single-story newly built house. If you have specific accessibility needs, contact us before booking and we'll give you straight answers about what works and what doesn't.
